Enables to monitor operation of cutters, vacuum tumblers, injectors. With the program it is possible to observe remotely on a screen and to save on a computer, all technological data of cutter’s work, such as:
- name and number of current programme
- number of batch
- number of operating personnel
- time of process
- rpm. of bowl
- rpm. of knives
- vacuum in cutter’s bowl
- temperature of stuffing
- amount of added water
- current alarms
- status of device (device working mode)
- monitored data can be displayed in a form of an interactive window or a diagram of work in time-function.
All monitored data can be saved as a file in a memory of a computer. In the event of an emergency the data can be retrieved by the monitoring program.
